Return & Refund Policy

Our commitment

At 扶光 FuGuang, every bracelet is crafted with intention and care. We want you to feel completely at peace with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to request a return

Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Email us at hello@fuguang.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please include a photo if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Receive your return authorisation
We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without authorisation — we may not be able to process unapproved returns.

Ship the item back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Items not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalised orders — pieces made or modified to your specifications
  • Sale items — all sale purchases are final
  • Items that have been worn, used, or show signs of wear
  • Items damaged through customer misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Items returned without prior authorisation or outside the 14-day window

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer either a full replacement or a complete refund — whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, simply return your original purchase (subject to the return conditions above) and place a new order.

Refund timeline

  • Refund approved and processed by us: within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
  • Refund reflected in your account: typically 3–5 additional business days depending on your bank or card issuer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
